继续重选50多年来的奥斯卡最佳外语片

我认为，在大多数年份，奥斯卡最佳外语片的提名和获奖影片的水准都高于最佳影片，这种现象很正常，毕竟是全世界的优秀电影和美国一国的比较。但这个奖项的遴选考虑十分复杂，肯定不能认为某国推送的候选影片就是该国当年的最佳影片，所以这里面提名或获奖的影片远远无法代表当年度最优秀的非英语片，历史上许多好的电影都和奖项无缘，而下面这份名单里的不少提名，现在来看都是平庸之作。

1947-1955年的奥斯卡最佳外语片是个荣誉奖，未展开竞争，这里略过不提，从1956年开始重选。规则和上一篇一样，黄色是官方结果，红色是我的选择，当年未标红说明我的选择和官方一致。算下来这次有40%的吻合率，比上一篇高多了。
